Prà de la Fam, on Lake Garda. I run it — not physically; my brother does that. I work from a computer: I use a wheelchair, and that's how I'm part of the place. Accounting, systems, everything that doesn't require being there in person.
The problem was never finding services to offer. It was that every new service is new work: someone to explain it, someone to take note, someone to answer the same question for the twentieth time. And the staff were already at their limit.
